Well, today is a historical day -- last Monday of this school year (thank goodness), last Monday in our current rental. We took another load to storage tonight, wish John got home earlier than 5 so we could take a couple a night, just to not have as much to move on Saturday --
The loads we have taken, 5 altogether I think, haven't even put a dent in the amount of stuff still laying around the house and all the boxes that are still left.... I have learned, too, that it is true that the laundry is NEVER done!!!
I called SRP today and got everything set up to be transferred to our temp location -- then I called to have our water transferred to the new house to get the inspection done -- needless to say I have absolutely decided that the City of Avondale has completely lost their minds!!!! 60.00 to have the water turned on, and another 175.00 deposit!!!! THAT IS NUTS!!! And, I have been a customer of theirs for 7 years and still hav to pay the stupid deposit!!! It's insane!!
Inspection is getting done this week -- then ordering appraisal on June 3, or there abouts. Once the loan gets going, it takes about 3 weeks to close and my loan officer said so far everything is looking good!
Honestly we haven't gotten this far on the other 2.. actually moving stuff to storage, and stuff... wow!!! I can't believe that this time next week, I'll be out of this rental!! Well, that's all for today!
