3rd Time's a Charm....RIGHT?????

Ok, so hopefully I got your attention with the title, and for those of you who have been following my never ending epic of a trying to buy a house over the last 7 months or so, we are starting round 3!!!

WE have found another house, it opens escrow tomorrow -- now before I go any further, let me tell you the updates that started it all over!  I have been waiting (patience is a virtue, that is not a strong quality of mine) for this 3rd credit bureau letter... the bureau that actually "counts".  Low and behold I got it this past week, and I have to say I was overcome with joy!!!  All 3 credit bureaus have deleted the credit issue that kept us from getting the other 2 houses!!! 

I called my Realtor right away, as she has been my rock through this whole thing and her first words were, when do you want to look at houses, well, the panic set in.  I had just signed my lease on April 29.... now, don't panic, and say oh no, you can't...because, in the lease it states that it doesn't start until June 1 -- saved right??? Well, almost...I have emailed and called the property management company on more than one occasion since Thursday and no response -- So, since we are opening escrow tomorrow, I had my Realtor do a little digging and I sent her a copy of my lease to see what options I have -- here's what we have found -- We are about 99.9% sure that I am not legally binding to the lease because the official start date isn't until June 1 -- and my security deposit isn't due until June 3, sooooooooooooooooo, I am not binded yet -- however, we have placed a call into our state renter's attorney just to be sure -- if that is the case, then we are moving into a temporary location (rent free) until house closes...panic because....(drum roll please) -- we have to vacate by May 31!!! OH MY!!!!

So, for the next 2 weeks, I am going to be packing up the house again, luckily I was smart and hardly unpacked anything except the food, some pictures and the surround sound.  Downside, we have to put all of our stuff in storage until the house closes -- so, to our temporary location, we are only taking the TV, bed, and washer/dryer  and living literally out of a suitcase for about a month, maybe not even a month.

The management company we are using said the actual closing date is June 28, but he has told my Realtor we can close before that, soooooooooooo, I am hoping it's around June 15 or so.

Plus, I will be on summer break, so that will make moving a lot easier not having to plan around work and it will give me the whole summer to get unpacked and settled!!!  I am very excited and am hoping this all works out this time. So, I know this jinxed me last time, but I took pictures of the house and I want to share them...  I will put captions under each one, so you know what they are of, and where in the house they are!!
