Hey Hey everyone!!!
Just an update on things here....
The week at work has been a bit stressful.
Monday due to my 2nd and final observation by principal this year! I thought it went horrible..it didn't go perfect, but went better than expected! Had meeting with principal about it on Wednesday, and well, I dropped 1/2 a point, but it's easily fixed... just BS some of the hoops teachers have to jump through nowadays --
Got a call yesterday that my rescore came back on the house - and the difficult credit collection agency that has been refusing to settle with me did finally settle after the title agency said they would cut them a check if they settled for our amount instead of theirs and they did!! So.... the house is hopefully in the final stages of closing! We will find out for sure by January 31, so please keep your fingers crossed -- my first house -- and I'm very excited!!! We already have a list of 32 things that we want to do or add or re-model...can't wait to have that extra money to get started!!
For those that know me well -- I am a huge Kenny Chesney fan, and well, after a year hiatus, our KC crew is back to touring with Kenny and me, I hope to travel across country again to see him and see all my friends and "groupies" in TN!! So glad to be back on the concert trail with Mr. Chesney!
I will also be attending my 2nd New Kids on the Block concert on June 30th and I can't wait -- call me a nerd, an outcast, immature, what you will, but once a block head, always a block head and well, it was one of the best concerts I've ever been too!!! They were awesome when I saw them last year!
I will also be hitting the road to Arkansas with a friend this summer -- specifically -- May 27-29! I can't wait to make the trip with her and see all my friends and family back home!! I will be staying in Bryant with friends for 2 weeks, and then possibly a week in Washington/Hope area with another friend of mine! I can't wait!!!
I also am on Weight Watchers and have so far lost 21 pounds!!! Woo Hoo!! Go me!!!
Well, that's about it here folks... have a great weekend and I'll see ya next week!!! :)
21 pounds is GREAT, Kristin!! Good for you! :)
ReplyDeleteIs Kenny even coming to Tennessee? I only briefly glanced at the schedule but only saw Atlanta and Greenville, SC options that are near me. I could have overlooked TN though!
I know what you mean about the house, there are SO many things we need and want to do to the house that we just don't have the money for right now! Good luck finishing up closing, I know how stressful it was for us!
You are AMAZING, you know that...21 pounds! You rock!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad to know that after all of these years, you still love your Kenny. It's so nice to know that somethings NEVER change!!
LOVE it.
And New Kids...I use to LOVE them!! Saw them on the Today show when they were making their big come back and wanted to go see them when they first came to Phx, but didn't make it...it doesn't make you a nerd, it's just things from our youth and it keeps us young!
I had NO idea you had a blog...you'll have to visit mine and then look on mine for Caylas. Shes not very good about updating.
strandedinbuckeyeaz.blogspot.com
And of course it's called Stranded in Buckeye!
Suzi -- the blog is a new thing for me, as it's my New Year's Resolution -- wanted something different from the same old common thing and something that is actual attainable!!! :)
ReplyDeleteMegs -- I don't know if Kenny is coming to TN or not, but I do know it's been way too long since I've seen ya'll!!! Love ya lots and thanks for the positive thoughts on the house!
