More pictures of the house -- I went back for a re-visit!! YEP, I'm sure this is the THE ONE we want!!!

So, I talked my realtor (the best realtor EVER if you are looking) into going back to the house for a re-visit today, just to take another look inside and take some pictures for myself and to refresh my memory on what it actually looked like since we did look at 15 houses the same day we looked at that one!

So, I took some more pictures and wanted to share them with you today -- some are repeats of the other ones, but I tried to take different snapshots -- So, here ya go!

Hope everyone enjoys the pictures...I am sorry to be so rambly -- but I am very excited and hoping that everything goes smoothly and please keep your fingers crossed that the collection is resolved -- as that's the only thing that could stop this!  -- and, I may not even owe the stupid debt!!!! Anyway, please be patient with me, as this is my first house and I am overly excited about it!  Hugs to all!!!! 

NEW HOUSE on the horizon --- AGAIN!!!

Ok, so as most of you know, the current house we are in, we tried to buy -- due to a stupid collection agency (which I found out I may not owe a dime to) prevented us from closing on the current house -- the current house sold at foreclosure auction on this past Friday, so we are now being forced to move --

We went house hunting yesterday at 15 different houses -- and we made an offer on 4!  One of the ones we REALLY wanted got accepted this morning, and so, we begin the long road to trying to close on another house!  Right now, our closing date is March 28.  I am so excited!!!!  Please pray that this one goes through with no glitches and that that stupid hanging over my head collection is taken care of before hand!!!

Had a great President's DAy weekend -- house sat for a friend and had a relaxing weekend!!  Today was a good day, but boy did I wake up cranky!!!!!  I went to dinner with my bestie and then came home to clean -- tomorrow I am sending off the opening paperwork, going to look at the house one more time to take notes and such on it, and then turning in my earnest deposit money so it can go to escrow!!

Well, catchin' up on NCIS tonight, signing paperwork and sending it back to my real estate agent, and then a nice hot bath and bed!! Let's hope I can sleep better than I have the last 5 nights!
